Outline:

1. Developing your personal creativity
* Freeing yourself and allowing your imagination fly
* Enlarging your perception and seeing things differently
* Identifying your personal resources of creativity
* Adopting necessary attitude to the creativity

2. Mastering the creative process
* Demonstrating the problem to solve: perceive then analyze
* Producing ideas: to imagine
* Evaluating solutions: to select
* Implementing solutions: to innovate

3. Living the 3 sessions of creativity, training yourself with at least 3 of the following techniques
* The “TONI”: to enlarge your vision
* The “3 wishes”: to find innovative solutions
* The “ hazardous words”: to see problems under another angle
* The “discovery matrix”: to imagine new products or process

4. Evaluating and selecting the ideas to innovate
* Respecting the 2 phases of the evaluation: diverge then converge
* Idea screening

5. Creating in groups
* Acquiring the 4 keys to succeed your meeting for creativity
* Ensuring a facilitating and stimulating atmosphere

讲师介绍：

刘女士

法国著名学府 Ecole Nationale Supérieur des Mines 国际工业项目管理硕士，上海交通大学电子信息学院工学士。曾在企顾司集团巴黎总部工作并接受完整系统的讲师培训，现为企顾司（中国）项目管理专职顾问。

她有超过 7 年的项目管理和咨询经验，在投资十万级至千万级的各类国内项目和国际合作项目中担任项目经理，项目协调员及子项目负责人等，合作和服务过的组织包括多家世界500强跨国集团、国内著名电信运营商、著名高科技企业和软件企业、政府机关、社会团体等。所管理、参与和咨询过的项目涉及行业和领域包括生产制造业、软件开发及系统集成、国际会议、会展、教育、大型政府公益活动、连锁经营、城区改建等。
